F.A.Q.

  1. Measure the area you wish to cover and use our Product Calculator calculate the quantity of materials needed.
  2. Select the items and quantities you’d like to have delivered and add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Refine your order and make any adjustments as necessary by clicking on the “View Cart” button.
  4. When you are ready to checkout, click “Checkout” underneath your shopping cart.
  5. Fill out the form with your information, your requested delivery date, and any special notes about your delivery, then place your order.
  6. A sales associate from Suburban Lawn & Garden will contact you via phone within 1-2 business days to confirm your order, schedule your delivery date, and accept payment for your order.

One reason… Customer Service. As a valued customer, we want to ensure that your order is accurate and speaking to one of our sales associates prior to the delivery of your order is our method of ensuring that we exceed the standards you have come to expect from Suburban.

Taxes are calculated at the time of transaction, and if you live in Kansas, are based on the town in which you are located. As some areas have higher tax rates than others, we offer an estimated tax rate that will be adjusted at the time of your confirmation call.

If we have missed your zip code and it fits reasonably within our delivery area, the sales associate making the confirmation call will discuss and refine the delivery details of your order with you.
Confirmation calls are usually made within 1-2 business days. However, if you order on the weekend or a holiday in which Suburban Lawn & Garden is closed, you can expect to be contacted on the first business day after you submit your order.
No. Our pallet, truck, and forklift deliveries are made to the curb line and you are not required to be home at the time of delivery. We do recommend placing a tarp, particularly if you are having dyed mulch delivered, as it can stain a driveway.
Generally, no, but at the driver’s discretion we can sometimes dump off the paved surface. Suburban is not responsible for ANY damage done to the driveway, sod, etc. when delivering the product outside of a paved surface.
No. Suburban will not dump any materials on the street or outside of the customer’s property line.
